01Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to modal138. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and modal138 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the modal138 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the modal138 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those amended terms.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use the modal138 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Be residing in or physically located in Malaysia when using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gaming programme.
• Not be an employee, contractor, partner, or immediate family member of anyone working with modal138 or any of modal138's business partners.
• Do not use a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location.

Modal138 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary or permanent account freeze.

03Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) modal138 account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. Modal138 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or delete all duplicate accounts detected.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide your full legal name exactly as shown on your MyKad or passport.
• Provide an active Malaysian phone number that can be reached for two-factor verification.
• Use a valid, active email address that belongs solely to you.
• Update your account information promptly whenever any changes occur.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. Please notify modal138 immediately at support@modal138.my if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

04Deposits & Payment Methods

Modal138 accepts deposits via the local Malaysian payment methods listed below. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

Modal138 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges in accordance with their policies. modal138 is not responsible for any fees imposed by third parties.

05Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your modal138 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must complete the identity verification (KYC) process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your deposit.
• Withdrawal processing time: standard members 1–3 business days; VIP members within 15–60 minutes.
• Modal138 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals of RM5,000 or more.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn.

06Bonuses & Promotions

Modal138 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a first deposit bonus, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated on the Promotions.

General bonus terms are as follows:

• Each member is entitled to one (1) bonus claim per promotion type unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Modal138 reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• Any bets placed using bonus funds on excluded games will not count towards the rollover calculation.
• Modal138 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07Betting Rules

All bets placed on the modal138 platform — whether baccarat, Live Casino, Malaysia Super League Sports Betting, EPL, badminton, e-sports, or virtual sports — are subject to the respective game rules set by each game provider.

• Any bet that has been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, modal138 reserves the right to void the round and refund the wager to the player's account.
• Odds and betting limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Modal138 reserves the right to limit or decline any wager at our sole discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit system or software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

For Sports Betting, all outcomes are based on official results declared by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a dispute, modal138's decision is final.

08Prohibited Conduct

Users of the modal138 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

1. Opening or using more than one account.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised technology to play or place bets.
3. Colluding with other players to exploit bonuses or betting systems (bonus abuse / collusion).
4. Transferring funds between accounts using unauthorised methods.
5. Using false identity information or another person's details during registration.
6. Engaging in any money laundering activities through the modal138 platform.
7. Spreading false information, defamatory content, or harmful material through the platform.
8. Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

09Account Suspension & Closure

Modal138 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity or indications that an account is being used for money laundering.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting modal138 customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures within 5–10 business days.

10Responsible Gaming

Modal138 is committed to responsible gambling and provides self-control tools to all members. We encourage players to set betting limits that are in line with their financial means.

Tools available to modal138 members include:

• Daily / weekly / monthly deposit limits — set a maximum deposit amount within a defined period.
• Loss limit — limit the amount of losses permitted within a set period.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily pause your play for 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — choose to permanently exclude yourself from the platform.

11Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, modal138 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including betting losses.
• Service disruptions resulting from system maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.
• Any data loss resulting from hardware failure or cyberattacks beyond our reasonable control.
• Third-party content or links that may appear on the platform.

Modal138 makes no representation or warranty that the platform will always be free from errors, viruses, or disruptions. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.

12Terms & Conditions Amendment

Modal138 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the modal138 website.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.
